Line Jensen @oneliland had us from the get go with her cool retro vibes and colourful wardrobe. We had a chat with the Denmark-based creator, talking about her passion for animals, how she prioritises mental health and the inspiration behind her wardrobe. Read the interview below!
Such a hard question, but I’ll give it a go! My hobbies include dressing up, singing my heart out, redecorating all of the time and taking photos! One of the things I’m most passionate about is animal rights and my boyfriend and I dream of one day having the finances to run our own Sanctuary.
How do you take time for yourself and prioritise your health?
As someone who suffers from a severe anxiety disorder, mental health always comes first. I see a therapist once a month and I’m trying to get better at relaxing, which is something I’ve never been good at. I don’t believe there is a quick fix (unfortunately), it takes time and dedication.
As an ethical, vegan and cruelty-free brand, we’d love to know what values are most important to you in a brand and why!
To me the most important thing is definitely that the brand is cruelty free and vegan. There is so much exploitation of animals in our society and it pains me to think of all of the animals that suffer on a daily basis because of that.
We love your outfits! What’s your inspiration behind your style?
Thank you so much! I’m inspired by a lot of different things; musicians, characters in movies, people on Instagram, etc. But one thing is certain; if it has a retro, 60s/70s, cowgirl vibe I’m definitely into it!
If you could raid one woman’s closet who would it be?
Oh that’s such a difficult question as there are loads of cool people to choose from, but if I had to choose only one it’d probably be Megan Ellaby @meganellaby. Her wardrobe is such a nice mixture of colourful and retro items.
