We are happy to refund any item returned in saleable condition (unworn and not started), in its original packaging (with tags and security seals in place) with a proof of purchase within 100 days of purchase or when you receive your online order.
For orders returned within 21 days - refunds will be issued by the original method of payment to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation.
For orders returned within 100 days and beyond 21 days - refunds will be issued in the form of online gift card to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation.
Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days after we have received your returned item to show in your account.
For orders returned within 100 days - exchange requests can be made via the returns portal and managed through our customer services team, who will happily ship out an alternative product as soon as your return is on its way to us.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM
We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from a third party, personalised, embossed, and engraved products.
Please note, cancellations are not possible. Once an order is placed the customer must receive the order and follow the steps for a return.
